Refund policy

 

You have the right to return or exchange the products purchased on PHITENSHOP.LT online store within 14 days from the date of delivery, without specifying a reason, while covering the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please send the items back through a courier service and contact phitenshop.lt via email INFO@PHITENSHOP.LT , providing the order number, a list of the items to be returned (including the reason), and the bank account details for the refund.

Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 1 business day. Please proceed with returning the products only after receiving a response via email.

The buyer is responsible for the return of the products.

You have the right to return the purchased products if:

• The returned or exchanged item has not been unpacked, and the labels have not been removed (unpacking the package is necessary for inspecting the product and is not considered as damage).
• The products have not been used and have retained their original condition (except in the case of defective products).
• The expiration date of the received product does not satisfy you (if there are more than 6 months left before the expiration date, the product is considered to be of good quality and suitable).
• The packaging of the received product was damaged during transportation (you can refuse the delivery in such cases).

If you are dissatisfied with the shape, size, color, model, or completeness of the
purchased product, you can exchange it for a similar product with different dimensions, shape, color, model, or completeness at the same price, or return it.

Returned products within 14 days must meet the following conditions:

The returned product must be in its original undamaged packaging, as received from the seller.

The product must be undamaged by the buyer.

The product must not have lost its original appearance (clean, with intact labels, unremoved protective films, and other elements that are characteristic of the original package).

The product's completeness must remain unchanged, as it was provided to the buyer.

The returned product must be securely packaged, preferably in the same packaging as received from the seller.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth return of the product to the seller.

In the case where the reason for the return is due to improper quality or receiving the wrong product, we undertake to replace the product of improper quality with a product
of proper quality or refund the amount paid for the product, at our own expense.

The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the specified account within 7 business days from the date of the product's delivery to the seller.

The buyer has the right to cancel a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the trading premises within 14 days without specifying a reason and without incurring any costs, except for the exceptions provided in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code.
