This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is a document of KIKA GROUP, UAB, legal entity code 302702927, registered office address Maironio g. 11, Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as KIKA), which sets out detailed information on how KIKA processes your personal data when you use the KIKA website [address] (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

1.2. The Privacy Policy describes the procedure for obtaining your personal data, the use of your personal data, the purposes of using your personal data, the transfer of personal data, retention periods, and other actions related to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, as well as provides information about your rights as a subject of personal data.

KIKA processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), and any other applicable data protection legislation.

1.5. By using the Website, you are legally bound to comply with the provisions set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy, you have the right not to provide KIKA with your personal data and not to use the Website. Where your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.

1. Rights of data subjects
    3.1.As a personal data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data: 
   3.1.1. right to be informed about the processing of your personal data by KIKA: to receive information about your personal data being processed, the purposes of personal data processing, legal bases, sources, to be informed about the period of storage of your personal data and the persons with whom KIKA shares your personal data, your rights as a data subject, the possibility to submit a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority, information about the existence of automatic decision-making (including profiling) (if applicable), personal data protection measures applied;
   3.1.2. right to access your personal data processed by KIKA: to receive information about whether KIKA processes your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy thereof, to receive other information related to the processing of personal data;
   3.1.3. right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data;
   3.1.4. right to request the deletion of personal data. You have the right to be forgotten if:
   3.1.4.1. Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
   3.1.4.2. You withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data when the processing was based on your consent;
   3.1.4.3. We process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and you object to such processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing your personal data;
   3.1.4.4. Your personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligations imposed on KIKA or your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
   
   3.1.5. right to restrict the processing of personal data;
   3.1.6. right to object to the processing of personal data: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by KIKA for direct marketing purposes, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the public interest or in the legitimate interests of KIKA, unless these interests are overridden by law in accordance with the reasons you have given;
   3.1.7. right to data transferability: you have the right to receive the personal data provided by you to KIKA or the right to request transfer of this personal data to another data controller in a format that is structured, commonly used and machine-readable;

   3.2. To exercise the rights set out above, please contact KIKA using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. KIKA will exercise your rights within 30 days upon receipt of your request, unless your request to exercise a specific right is not possible due to exceptions specified by law. In the event that the application submitted by you is very complex or (and) a very large number of applications has been received, the 30-day time limit may be extended to 60 days in accordance with the requirements of legal acts. In all cases, KIKA undertakes to notify you of the extended term and the reasons for the extension.

1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

        4.1. Your personal data may be transferred only in accordance with the procedure laid down in this Privacy Policy.
        4.2. KIKA, in accordance with the legal acts and the requirements laid down in the GDPR, has the right to transfer your personal data to the following persons in order to achieve the purposes of personal data processing set out in this Privacy Policy:
       4.2.1. Personal data processors engaged by KIKA with whom KIKA has concluded personal data processing agreements in accordance with the requirements laid down in the GDPR. The personal data processors of KIKA may include, but are not limited to, the following: service stations (servers), virtual servers, companies providing IT, marketing services, etc. Personal data processors process your personal data on behalf of KIKA and in accordance with the instructions of KIKA, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the GDPR and ensuring technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data suitable for the processing of personal data.
       4.2.2.to public and public authorities and bodies where required by law and/or necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of KIKA.
       4.3. KIKA does not transfer your personal data to third countries (outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA)) unless such transfer is necessary. In any case, should your personal data be transferred outside the EU and EEA territory, KIKA undertakes to ensure that such transfer is carried out in accordance with and in compliance with the requirements for the transfer of personal data laid down in the GDPR and that the personal data transferred are adequately protected.

       5.1. KIKA hereby informs you that the use of your personal data for the purpose of sending direct marketing (including newsletters, information messages) is only possible with your prior and freely given consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting KIKA at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy or by unsubscribing from direct marketing communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the end of the communication sent to you.

       6.1. KIKA uses cookies on the Website – text files of a small file sent to your browser and stored on your computer, mobile phone or other terminal device. The information collected through cookies enables KIKA to provide you with a more user-friendly browsing experience on the Website.
       6.2. KIKA uses cookies on the Website that:
       6.2.1. determines whether you have consented to cookies being placed on your terminal device.
       6.2.2.ensure the operation of the Website's main functions;
       6.2.3.recognise whether the Website is being visited by the same visitor who has already visited the Website before;
       6.2.4.in order to improve the information provided to you, records statistics about the website traffic, duration of visits, navigation path.

       7.1. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date of its publication. KIKA has the right to unilaterally change this policy at any time without prior notice. The amended Privacy Policy is made publicly available on the Website.
