1.2. The Privacy Policy describes the procedure for obtaining your personal data, the use of your personal data, the purposes of using your personal data, the transfer of personal data, retention periods, and other actions related to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, as well as provides information about your rights as a subject of personal data.

     3.1.As a personal data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

    3.1.2. right to access your personal data processed by KIKA: to receive information about whether KIKA processes your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy thereof, to receive other information related to the processing of personal data;
    3.1.3. right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data;
    3.1.4. right to request the deletion of personal data. You have the right to be forgotten if:
    3.1.4.1. Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
    3.1.4.2. You withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data when the processing was based on your consent;
    3.1.4.3. We process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and you object to such processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing your personal data;
    3.1.4.4. Your personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligations imposed on KIKA or your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

    3.1.6. right to object to the processing of personal data: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by KIKA for direct marketing purposes, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the public interest or in the legitimate interests of KIKA, unless these interests are overridden by law in accordance with the reasons you have given;
    3.1.7. right to data transferability: you have the right to receive the personal data provided by you to KIKA or the right to request transfer of this personal data to another data controller in a format that is structured, commonly used and machine-readable;

    3.2. To exercise the rights set out above, please contact KIKA using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. KIKA will exercise your rights within 30 days upon receipt of your request, unless your request to exercise a specific right is not possible due to exceptions specified by law. In the event that the application submitted by you is very complex or (and) a very large number of applications has been received, the 30-day time limit may be extended to 60 days in accordance with the requirements of legal acts. In all cases, KIKA undertakes to notify you of the extended term and the reasons for the extension.
